Luton Town Centre Chaplaincy (LTCC) was born out of a vision that Canon Nick Bell had in November 2008 to provide pastoral and spiritual support to those who work in and visit Luton Town Centre. The idea for the project received widespread support from Civic leaders, businesses, The Mall shopping centre, the local church and other faith groups.
The project was launched to local church leaders in April 2009, a board of Trustees was formed and charitable status was granted in November 2009.
This vision has now expanded to include the whole of the Luton area rather than just the town centre.
